Facials and skin care
Nothing touches your face until she's had a proper look.
You'll fill in a short intake, she'll read what your skin's doing that day, and the facial gets built from there.
Here's how a facial actually goes.
-
Intake form
Skin type, what you use, allergies, medications, recent treatments. Filled in every visit.
-
Skin analysis
Amy reads what your skin is doing that day, and that's what gets treated.
-
The treatment
Usually a cleanse, steam, extractions where they suit, a mask, serum and moisturizer.
-
Aftercare and notes
Home care that fits your routine, and notes on file so the next visit starts where this one ended.
Before you book
Some of this changes what she can do.
The form asks about these because they change what's safe for your skin that day. Answer straight and you won't leave with a reaction you didn't need.
- Retinol, Tretinoin or Retin-A
- Accutane / isotretinoin
- Salicylic acid and AHAs
- Prescription acne medication
- Recent peels, microneedling or laser
- Botox or fillers
- Active cold sores or skin infection
- Pregnancy or nursing
If one of these applies to you, it usually doesn't mean no. It means a different treatment, or a different week.
Facials
Ask Amy which facial suits your skin.
Call and she'll tell you what each facial costs. Book a facial and a lash set on separate days, because steam and cleanser around the eye are what shorten lash retention.
Not ready to call? Ask her about your lashes first.
